Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate and Compliance Specialist join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £40,000.

This will be a Fixed Term Contract (duration up to 12 months).

About the role:

The Compliance Specialist ensures that an organisation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and policies to prevent fraud and misconduct. They investigate suspected fraudulent activities, implement fraud prevention measures, and provide training to staff on compliance issues.


What you will bring to the role:

  • Monitoring and analysing financial transactions to identify potential fraudulent activities.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Investigating suspicious activities and preparing detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and fraud detection best practices.
  • Supports compliance investigations by checking that all established procedures are rigorously followed when planning an investigation.
  • Supports non-compliance activities by gathering documentation and preserving evidence to establish the facts of an incident.
  • Handles non-compliance issues requiring straightforward corrective action.
  • Follows established processes and uses approved tools to gather and preserve evidence and log a complete investigative audit trail.
